GA CIA Leading Charge to Save Georgia's Hemp Industry

The Fate of Georgia’s Hemp Industry Will Be Decided April 26 – Secure Your Invitation Now!

Dear Cannabis Community and Hemp Stakeholders,

The battle for Georgia’s hemp industry is escalating fast. Corporate marijuana lobbyists and legislators are maneuvering to dismantle independent hemp businesses, and if we don’t act now, we could lose everything. The forces pushing for restrictive legislation and corporate monopolization are gaining ground—but GA CIA has developed a strategic roadmap to fight back.

This isn’t just another meeting—it’s THE defining moment for hemp in Georgia.

On April 26th, GA CIA will unveil its carefully designed strategies to protect hemp businesses, safeguard consumer rights, and counteract legislative overreach. This session will be pivotal—stakeholders will determine the future course of action based on the insights and plans revealed.

This meeting is more than a discussion—it’s where our industry’s next moves are decided – by you and others who attend.

Why Your Presence is Critical:

GA CIA continues to compile exclusive data on SB 494 and other restrictive measures impacting the industry.

We will present clear strategies for mobilization, legal defense, and industry protection.

Decisions made in this meeting will determine whether Georgia’s hemp industry survives—or disappears.

Every stakeholder’s voice matters—our collective action is the ONLY way forward.

The Looming Threat of THC Flower Legislation & Future Strategy

Corporate marijuana lobbyists and Lawmakers initially included THC flower alongside the increase to 50% THC vapes in SB 220 but removed it to increase their odds of pushing the high-potency vape agenda through. Make no mistake—they will return with a THC flower bill crafted for themselves.

If that happens, the hemp industry as it was before SB 494 will never return. This battle is far from over, and while other activists wind down after session, GA CIA is already preparing NOW for the next fight.

The future of Georgia’s hemp industry will not be decided next year—it’s being shaped at this very moment.

This meeting isn’t just about reacting, it’s about ensuring that when the next legislative push comes, we are ready, organized, and one step ahead.

🔹 A Lesson in Leadership:

*”Good friend and comrade, James Bell once outlined a plan for a movement and asked me, ‘What do you think?’ I told him I didn’t think much of it. That’s when he taught me a lesson I’ll never forget. He looked me in the eyes and asked, ‘Well, what do you have?’

I had nothing. But I offer you that same challenge when listening to others’ plans and strategies—if you don’t agree, what do you have to offer instead?

This movement will be defined not just by ideas but by real action—and that’s why this meeting matters.”*
