Georgia H.R.218 (R) House Representative David Clark Introducing

(R) Georgia House Representative David Clark has introduced H.R. 281.

This is a Resolution to approve a Constitutional Amendment for the legalization of Marijuana. If passed, the question of legalizing adult use and home grow of Marijuana will be placed on the November ballot for registered voters to vote on.

A private summit is scheduled for March 23, 2021 to bring together Georgia’s leading marijuana advocates to finalize plans for a state-wide campaign in support of this resolution. On the agenda for discussion is how to best utilize the grassroots efforts for this campaign.

This summit will lead to a state-wide campaign that will include fund-raising and town hall meetings. There will also be an informational power point presentation available for those who are interested in arranging an audience for it.

1. Are you a leader within the Georgia Marijuana re-legalization movement in Georgia? In other words, are you in a position to motivate groups of people to action?

2. Are you affiliated with a Performance Artist or Band interested in helping us deliver this message?

3.  Are you interested in helping to fund this campaign?

4. Could you benefit financially from legal adult access to Marijuana?
